2. Services We Provide

We offer administrative, compliance, and debt-related services, including but not limited to:

• CIPC company registrations and amendments
• Beneficial ownership updates
• Annual return filings
• SARS tax compliance assistance
• Debt collector registration and compliance
• Debt management and debtor communication services
• Drafting business documents, agreements, and templates

Important: We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, litigation, auditing, or guaranteed outcomes. All applications remain subject to approval by third-party authorities such as CIPC, SARS, FIC, and the Debt Collectors Council.

3. Client Responsibilities

To receive our services, you agree to:

• Provide full, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Upload valid and legible documents when requested
• Review and approve submissions before they are finalised
• Protect any login credentials provided to you

We are not responsible for errors, delays, or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All fees are charged in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Payment is required before services commence
• All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law
• Additional government fees, levies, or penalties are payable by the client
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law:

• We do not guarantee processing times or approval outcomes
• We are not liable for delays caused by CIPC, SARS, FIC, banks, or any third-party systems
• We are not responsible for penalties arising from client delays or incorrect documents

For debt management services:

• We do not assume financial liability for unpaid debts
• We do not guarantee debtor payments
• We rely solely on information provided by the client
• We accept no responsibility for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or business opportunities

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless More Debt Services (Pty) Ltd, its staff, directors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, penalty, cost, or damage arising from:

• Incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information you provide
• Misuse of documents or materials prepared for you
• Disputes between you and your debtors or third parties
• Delays or decisions made by external authorities

This indemnity survives termination of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All templates, documents, systems, processes, and materials created or used by us remain the property of More Debt Services (Pty) Ltd until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the finalised documents for lawful business purposes only. Resale, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend services without refund if:

• You breach these Terms
• Fraudulent, illegal, or misleading information is submitted
• Abusive, threatening, or unacceptable behaviour is directed toward our staff
• Payment is not made as agreed

No refunds will be issued for work already completed or services initiated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court or High Court in Pretoria, Gauteng.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
